The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential therapy intervention aimed at the prompt resolution of your employee’s work and personal problems.   

These problems may affect their work performance. The productivity of your business can suffer adverse effects as a result of the life demands and choices made by your staff. 

A change in workplace behaviour may be the first indication you have that one of your people is struggling with underlying personal or work-related issues. Specific problems can be addressed with appropriate programs including for drug and/or alcohol use, gambling, financial difficulties, relationship issues including separation & divorce, family & personal physical health issues, and mental health issues (such as depression, anxiety, & loss).  In other circumstances, such as for employment termination support and failed promotion, you can anticipate difficulties and pre-arrange referral.
