Injury Management
The CHROMIS approach to injury management is based on the principle that maintaining the injured worker in the workplace achieves the best outcome for all parties.
By focussing on worker ability rather than disability, CHROMIS ensures that the placement of your injured worker does not jeopardise your safe working environment.
As part of the process of injury management, CHROMIS aims for identification of all relevant issues to ensure an early and durable return to work.
CHROMIS provides a complete range of medical, psychiatric, and occupational therapies, as well as psychological and neuropsychological modalities in the management of your injured worker.
CHROMIS can include medical treatment and intervention and psychiatric treatments including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) or interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT) as part of the injury management program.
